I am reposting my plan because I realized I did the evaluation part incorrectly.

  1. This is a very good way to identify the problem, reasons why it's happening, and what some solutions may be to the problem. You are basing the problem and solutions on data, which guarantees to be the best way to approach the situtation. One question...how will you identify the "selected" staff members for your survey. I could see certain selected members skewing your results. I bet the key would be in the questions you ask.

    1. I didn't know how I was going to select them when I wrote that. I have decided to just draw names. This way, I will get a variety in the group. Before drawing, I will separate them into teachers, custodians, cafeteria workers, office staff, and other. I am moving to a different campus next year and unsure how many people work in each department. Once I know that, then I can decide how many I need from each group.
      The principal is aware that there are issues of campus climate that need to be resolved.
